RETURN POLICY

TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN personally ensures to inspect items and meet quality standards before it leaves the store or before it gets shipped to the customer. However, under any unforeseen circumstances, and to comply with California laws, TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN allows return, refund, exchange, and store credit under the following parameters:

 

RETURN GENERAL CONDITION:

Items must be returned in new or unused, unsoiled, uninstalled, and undamaged condition. All original parts and materials included in the item must be attached and returned. Proof of purchase such as the receipt must be presented. This will help us immediately evaluate and process the return.

 

ITEMS PURCHASED AND PICKED UP FROM THE STORE:

TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN has a "no receipt, no refund" policy

 

Due to the fact that TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN has a small showroom, large items such as furniture and lighting will come from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Hence, the customer can only make cancellation while the order is still in the processing status to get full refund. Once the item has been packed, dispatched, and reached TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN’s showroom and the customer decides to continue the cancellation, 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

 

TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN is giving the customer seven (7) days to return the merchandise. Any intent to return an item after seven (7) days will no longer be accepted. It is strongly advised to immediately inspect the item before leaving the showroom and notify TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN before making any purchase to avoid return and arrange an undamaged item for the customer.

 

When returning damaged item, it will be inspected by employees of TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN and store credit, item exchange, or refund will be issued for the purchase price. In addition, taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items back to TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN’s store/showroom. TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN will not pick up items for return nor will assume any additional expenses such as shipping fees going to the showroom.

 

Item purchased with “Final Sale” or “Clearance Sale” tag is considered to be non-returnable and non-refundable. Upon purchase of item with this tag, the customer is cognizant of the item’s condition and form, and agree to buy the item as-is.

 

Should the customer decide to cancel a return and keep the item after the refund was issued, TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

 

ITEMS SHIPPED OR DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER:

It is strongly advised to immediately inspect the item at its final destination. If there is any damage, customer is advised to take photos and send to TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN to initiate its own assessment and process return.

When returning an item, the customer must complete the form attached to the packing slip and use the return address label TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN provides. The customer must pack the item to be returned securely and ensure to ship the item via UPS Ground. Customer must retain shipping receipt for records.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items back to TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN’s store/showroom. TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN will not pick up items for return nor will assume any additional expenses such as shipping fees going to the showroom except when the reason for return is due to damaged item.

 

CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER ITEMS PURCHASED:

Due to the exclusivity, specific requirements, and labor that entails in doing custom pieces, TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN does not accept any cancellation, return, or refund. Should it be proved that the discrepancy on any specification made is due to TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN’s miscalculation or error, TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN would rectify, repair, and improve the fabrication of the item. Otherwise, if TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN is not in any way at fault on any discrepancies during the production of the item, TWENTY/ONE/SEVEN reserves the right to collect additional charges for any improvement and modification that must be made on the item.
